This project was a large overhaul. The previous deck was splintering and deteriorating. This rendered the deck unsafe to use barefoot, and not enjoyable. Our clients desperately needed a useable surface. Weatherproof Decks came in and removed and rebuilt the deck to withstand their homes heavy rains. We are pleased to give this family a deck that can be used for decades to come!

Sunset Cove Condos were built in 1987 and have housed many families over the years. These stairs have carried up groceries and boxes to and from first and last homes. These walkways have been through much in the last 39 years and were well past due.
