 Weatherproof Decks specializes in waterproof deck systems, custom construction, and complex exterior applications. Our approach considers not only the finished appearance, but also substrate preparation, drainage, flashing, transitions, structural conditions, and long-term performance. We have access to structural engineering expertise for projects requiring additional evaluation or coordination. Our goal is to deliver waterproof deck systems that not only look exceptional, but are thoughtfully designed and built to last. 

 Yes. We work with homeowners, general contractors, developers, property managers, and commercial clients on projects ranging from custom residential decks to multifamily balconies and large-scale exterior waterproofing projects.

 Yes. We evaluate existing deck and balcony assemblies to identify deterioration, failed waterproofing, substrate issues, drainage problems, and other conditions contributing to leaks. Depending on the condition of the structure, repairs may range from localized corrections to complete system replacement.  

 Every project is different. Pricing is influenced by deck size, existing conditions, substrate repairs, waterproofing system, railing requirements, access, structural work, and project complexity. Rather than providing a generic square-foot price, we evaluate the project so the proposal reflects the complete scope required for a lasting installation.
